Several changes to M2 squad including Callum Allison, Brian, Toby, Mustafa and Aaron coming in for what was expected to be a tight game against Redcar 1's. We conceded an early goal through allowing them too much space but slowly improved to fashion an equaliser through Callum. Some good saves by Jus either side of half time kept things level whilst we improved our shape which led to two more goals for Callum. Solid work from Mike, Finlay, Carl and Marc contributed to this overall improvement. Redcar got a good goal back before we clinched it with a fourth from guess who. Some good passing play at times albeit we still have a lot of work to do on flat stick tacking and getting men back behind the ball. Many thanks to Redcar for a game played in good competitive spirit and also for providing an umpire who together with Scott Miles did very well. Some decent bantz in the Moline Cross afterwards mostly at my expense having been offered a digital weight management programme by the NHS.........
